After analyzing Siesta's sand, the Geology Department of Harvard University issued the following report. “The sand from Siesta Key is 99% PURE QUARTZ grains – the grains being somewhat angular in shape. The soft floury texture of the sand is due to its very fine grain size. It contains no fragments of coral and no shell. The fineness of the sand, which gives it its powdery softness, is emphasized by the fact that the quartz is a very hard substance, graded at 7 in the hardness scale of 10 – the diamond being rated 10 in that scale. Minerals of hardness 7 cannot be scratched with the point of a steel knife."

This large, newly decorated condo is over 1350 sq ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Relax on your sofa and watch sports on the 48" big screen TV or, without moving, you can look out onto the pool, beach and ocean. The kids and fisherman love the unique large sailfish hanging on the wall above the sofa.
The huge master bedroom has a king size bed, makeup area, walk in closet and master bath. The walkin closet is the perfect size for a crib, a little persons fort or even a full size inflatable mattress. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and bath.
